Print anywhere in the world

Although Servcorp encourages all our clients and teams to be frugal in their printing and to work in a completely digital environment, we understand that sending printed material is still required on some occasions. Our clients and team can utilise the Servcorp converged network to assist in reducing a business' environmental impact, normally attributed to the posting and couriering of documents.

Servcorp has integrated 'Thru', a secure data transfer application, into Servcorp Online – Hottdesk^®. 'Thru' allows for large (or small) files to be sent securely through our converged network to anywhere in the world. The document can then be printed at the closest Servcorp location and either hand delivered or couriered from there, saving vast amounts of carbon being procuded in the transporting of documents by air! Online sign-up

During 2008 we developed an online sign-up process for Servcorp Virtual Office^®. We are the only Virtual Office provider in the world to offer complete provision of client services online, eliminating the requirement for paper based forms and administration.

Online sign-up has placed our clients in complete control of setting up their account with Servcorp and has dramatically reducing the amount of paper used in setting up their account.

Prior to development of the online process, each new Servcorp Virtual Office^® sign-up used more than 100 sheets of paper. Now, using predominantly email for letters and communications, providing clients with digital versions of our instruction manuals, developing an online interactive profile and developing the online sign up process, Servcorp teams are able to use less than four sheets of paper per new client. Online Invoices

Although Servcorp has offered an electronic invoice to our clients for several years, in 2009 we have committed to deliver all invoices to our clients by email and have provided a secure electronic storage facility for their invoices in Servcorp Online – Hottdesk^®. Our clients never have to print an invoice again!

WebEx

Servcorp has completely integrated WebEx, an online meeting tool, into the Servcorp converged network and Servcorp Online – Hottdesk^®. Servcorp's WebEx offering was developed in partnership with Cisco^®.

Servcorp alone conducts more than 15 internal "Virtual Conferences" per month in place of face-to-face meetings, saving hundreds of international flights. WebEx assists with Servcorp's policy to limit all non-essential business travel by our team around the world. It also assists our clients in reducing their environmental impact by holding "Virtual Meetings" and all new clients are personally trained on this technology to encourage more use of the offering.
